Youa Yang Youa collaborates with Donna Arce and Joe Pike on the Business Internet Banking Program. Youa's primary responsibility is to manage the survey research aspect of the program and to actively work with clients to better understand their online banking offering as well as their customers' behaviors, dynamics, feature preferences, and banking products used. Youa also spends time following market trends and researching innovative product offerings and tracking client interests. Youa's work is used in conjunction with others in the company to create a unique membership program for Internet banking professionals. In addition to her work on the Business Internet Banking team, Youa has extensive experience with both syndicated and custom research in the small and middle market business segments. Youa completed her B.A. from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and has attended the University of Wisconsin, Stout. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crafting, reading and traveling. Contact Information: |
