Specialized Research

Business Internet Banking

Barlow Research's Business Internet Banking study is conducted annually and is designed to measure behaviors of Internet Banking users. Business Internet Banking users have different needs from other business banking customers and data included in our Business Internet Banking study can gain you access to the voice of the business Internet banking customer and identify opportunities to meet their needs.

Subscribers have on-demand access to leading-edge small business and middle market Internet banking research, analysis, and recommendations that result in a powerful competitive advantage. The increased earnings and cost savings realized will provide your organization with an impressive return on investment.

Economic Pulse

Barlow Research's Economic Pulse Study is currently in its third year and is fielded each quarter. The Economic Pulse is a one-page survey that gauges business owners' current feelings toward the economy as a whole, as well as how their business and industry are doing. By fielding this study quarterly, we are able to provide detailed trending data on changes in businesses economic outlook.

GNPHE

In addition to our research in the business banking area, we at Barlow Research have been hearing from our financial services clients that there is a need for more information about the financial services needs of public sector entities in the Government, Not-for-Profit, Healthcare and Education (GNPHE) segments. In 2010, we undertook a project with the assistance of five leading financial services providers to address this need.

With the guidance of our five-member steering committee, we developed a detailed line of questioning that was delivered through telephone-based interviews with 642 public sector organizations. A follow-up survey was also developed to obtain even more detailed information from the responding organizations.

Our public sector research gathered valuable information on the following topics: Familiarity, Reputation and Satisfaction with Transactions Services Providers, Provider Importance & Characteristics, Utilization of RFPs, Procuring Transaction Services, Sole Sourcing of Awards & Awarding Contracts and Unmet Needs of GNPHE organizations.
