In addition to our Customer Relationship Audit®, Barlow Research completes multiple quantitative projects with very distinct methodologies and topics. In the last year, we have completed research for our clients using multi-modal, mail, Web, fax and phone data collection methods. Our focus group moderators and elite interviewers have vast experience in the financial services industry and have the experience to interview business leaders at all levels. Our professional recording studio allows Barlow Research to complete tele-focus groups which makes it more convenient for respondents to participate. The tele-focus group methodology also allows us to bring diverse groups together based on geography or industry, which are more challenging to gather in a traditional format.
