Your name and all of your personal information is confidential. Our lists are purchased from the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, and are only used to conduct surveys. We do not redistribute, sell or exchange mailing lists and we do not participate in telemarketing -- your feedback is used only for market research purposes.

For bank-specific studies:

Guidelines are determined by the bank for whom we are conducting the study. All customer names, contact information, or demographic information is sole property of the bank. Lists of bank customers are used only for specified research studies, and nothing else. We do not redistribute this information, or make it publically or privately available in any form. In fact, we go to great lengths to protect this information, to keep it absolutely secure at all times.
