Delphine Pruitt is Vice President, Business Access Advisor at U.S. Bank where she helps to drive sustainable growth and job creation for minority businesses. Prior to U.S. Bank, she was Vice President of Diverse Markets & Business Development Officer at Bank of the West where she was responsible for community lending and diverse strategies for Southern California and Nevada markets.  
 
She founded Connect The Dots Consultants, a consulting firm that partnered with mission driven organizations to accelerate their equity and inclusion journey by ensuring equity in the development of policies and programs. She has also served with members of U.S. Congressional Black Caucus, as part of a humanitarian delegation to Cuba, to improve cultural understanding and business relations. Delphine also spent nearly two decades successfully executing multicultural and affordable lending strategies for clients generating over $60 billion annually with Fannie Mae’s Housing and Community Develop and Single-Family Mortgage divisions.
