Aarthi Murali is Chief Customer Experience Officer with M&T Bank and Wilmington Trust, part of the M&T family. In this role, she develops and leads a strategy that strives to place the customer at the center of all we do. Under her leadership the company is working to supplement new technologies with personalized, localized service to create a uniquely identifiable M&T customer experience across the enterprise.

Aarthi joined M&T in February of 2020 from J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. where she served in a series of progressive leadership roles for the past 17 years. Most recently, she led the client experience for the company's Commercial Bank, fostering a culture of client advocacy. Previously, she worked across other business lines including Business Banking, Credit Cards, and Digital platforms, creating a host of integrated client experiences. She worked at Motorola Solutions before she joined J.P. Morgan.

Aarthi holds a master’s degree in computer science from Loyola University
