Vicky Pickens is Head of Business Digital for Truist, a bank formed in 2019 as a result of the merger between BB&T and SunTrust banks. She provides distinctive, secure and successful business client experiences through digital servicing offerings, including Truist’s online and mobile banking platforms. Vicky was most recently at SunTrust, similarly responsible for the digital experiences for the small business to emerging commercial segments. She was previously at Fiserv, where she led product design for biller direct solutions. Vicky is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), where she studied information design and history of technology.
