Bruce began his career with Procter & Gamble, Bank of New York, The Travelers, and PNC Bank. He switched to the consulting side first at EMI Strategic Marketing and later at Protocol Marketing Group. In 2002, he formed BKM Marketing, an integrated consultancy and agency focused primarily on solving product and marketing challenges faced by banks and B2B marketers. Bruce holds an MBA in marketing and finance from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a BA from Harvard College in economics.
