F. John Fricker
John is responsible for business development and the ongoing development and management of the Digital Business Banking Program, as well as multi-client and custom market intelligence solutions. His focus is understanding client needs, issues, opportunities and delivering actionable insights to drive improvements in customer experiences and clients’ business results. With more than 25 years of experience specializing in CX/VOC and brand loyalty research on both the client and supplier side, John brings deep knowledge of today’s relevant issues, challenges, and best practices to engage and advise our client partners. Prior to joining Barlow, John has focused for over 10 years serving clients primarily in the financial services industry for TTEC, Convergys and as head of financial services market development for JD Power. He holds a BA from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and has lived and worked remotely from his home in the Orlando area for nearly 20 years where he and his wife enjoy spending time with their two young children and traveling most often to Canada for vacations.
