Financial technologies have ushered in an era of new opportunities for dramatically improving the relationship banking model. Designing and delivering an enhanced relationship banking model that better leverages technology and increases the value realized by customers is key to competing in the digital age. In this session, we will envision the future of relationship banking, provide case studies of successful applications of technologies to enhance the relationship banking model, and discuss how the relationship banker job of the future will be more productive and more attractive as a career for younger generations.
