Prasanth Menon – SVP, Head of Merchant Solutions Product & Operations, has been with TD Bank for 13 years in a variety of roles spanning Consumer Deposits Product Management, Wealth, Financial Stress Testing, and currently, Corporate Products and Services. He is responsible for Merchant & Payment Acceptance Solutions.
Prior to TD Bank, Prasanth's experiences include working at leading Financial Institutions in India and the US. His passion is driving product strategy and new product development that lead to impactful customer experiences – most recently, overseeing the launch of Tap to Pay on iPhone on the TD Bank Mobile App and enhancing Merchant product offerings.
Prior to re-entering the financial services industry, Prasanth’s experiences include client engagements at a leading strategy consulting firm focused around product and growth strategy, where he assisted clients in transforming their businesses. His work included including growth strategies, developing country strategies and Post Merger integrations.
