Meline Gasparyan is a SVP, Treasury Solutions Market Manager for Citizens Bank’s Business Banking group. She has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry within various roles in Retail, Relationship Management, Treasury Sales, and Leadership in niche products such as Foreign Exchange and Commercial Card.
Meline leads a team of Treasury Sales Specialists throughout the Bank’s footprint. Her team’s focus lies in partnering with sales colleagues to engage business owners in comprehensive discussions about cash flow, time efficiency, cost savings, cash reporting and forecasting, planning for the future, and securing their accounts from fraud.
Meline’s own strengths are in problem-solving and being process driven, leading her team to successfully navigate the bank through acquisitions. She is also proud of her team’s role in rolling out Cash Flow Essentials, enhancing Citizens’ offerings to the Small Business segment.
Outside of work, Meline embraces being a mom to a spirited little one, enjoys barre classes, hiking with her husband, and baking. Originally from California, Meline loves visiting her parents, siblings, and nephews on the West Coast. Additionally, Meline sits on two boards of Not-for-Profit organizations; one which provides humanitarian relief to orphaned Armenians throughout the world, and the other which helps to educate the community about inclusion and independence for all people with disabilities.
