CX Research Manager

As CX Research Manager, Adam is responsible for the strategic development, execution and reporting for various multi-client digital Customer Experience studies, in addition to managing Barlow’s Digital Business Test Drive. Adam has led a wide array of research initiatives focused on user experience and competitive intelligence in areas such as digital deposit account and loan applications, as well digital money movement capabilities for business customers.

Adam earned his M.S. in Applied Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Stout. In his free time, Adam enjoys golfing, playing guitar, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family.
