Rachel Ness
Research Analyst
Rachel is a Research Analyst on the Small Business team and joined Barlow Research Associates, Inc. in June 2022. She went to University of Wisconsin - River Falls where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration - Management. While originally from Columbus, Ohio, Rachel moved to Minnesota in 2016. In her free time Rachel enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
